Quotation for air ticket

The National Biodversity Centre, Serbithang, MoAF invites sealed quotations from authorized ticketing agents for the following sector as per the terms and conditions specified below:

 Paro   –    Bangkok    –   Cambodia      –    Bangkok      –      Paro

Terms and conditions:

1. The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the National Biodiversity centre, Serbithang, on 1^st May, 2014 at or before 2.00 Pm.
2. Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu.
3. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 2.30 PM. Quotations received after the submission date and time will not be entertained.
4. Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.

1. The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.

6. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
