  • Vacancy Re-Announcement

    National Biodiversity Centre invites application for the following post for recruitment on a contract basis for a period of 24 months under the Chanel PB Funding with effect from March 2015.

    Position Title Position Level Slot Minimum Qualification
    Laboratory and BP Assistant S5 (A) 1 Class 12 Pass (Science)

    Preference will be given to candidate with laboratory works experience and skills

     

    Interested candidates may submit their application along with required documents to the Chief HR Officer, HRD MoAF latest by 6th March,  2015. Applications without the necessary documents will not be considered for short listing. The shortlisted candidate will be announced on 11th March, 2014 through NBC and MoAF websites. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.

    1. Class 12 pass Certificate
    2. Curriculum Vitae
    3. Duly filled Employment application form (available on www.rcsc.gov.bt)
    4. Security Clearance Certificate
    5. Medical Fitness Certificate
    6. NOC from parent agency, if the candidate is already employed
    7. CID copy
    8. Proof of working experience

    Laboratory Officer P5 (A) 1 Minimum Bachelors Degree in Bioscience with working experience in laboratory  (Preference will be given to bio-chem background with laboratory works experience and skills)
    Laboratory and BP Assistant S5 (A) 1 Class 12 Pass (Science)Preference will be given to candidate with laboratory works experience and skills
    ABS Assistant S5 (A) 1 Class 12 Pass (Commerce or Arts) Preference will be given to candidate with computer and office management skills

    Terms and conditions:

    1. The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the National Biodiversity centre, Serbithang, on 18/02/2015 at/before 11am and will be opened on the same day at 11.30am.
    2. Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu.
    3. Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.
    4. The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.
    5. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
