    The National Biodiversity Centre (NBC), Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, Serbithang, Thimphu would like to invite air fare rates from authorized ticketing agents as per the details specified below:

    1. The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the office of undersigned on 3rd June 2016 at/before 11 am and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 am.
    2. Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu and accompanied by 2% EMD in the form of cash warrant or demand draft payable to Program Director, NBC, without which the quotation shall be invalid.
    3. Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.
    4. The valid trade license and other necessary documents should be attached.
    5. The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.
    6. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
    7. Evaluation of bids will be based on fare as well as the availability of confirmed seats, suitability of travel timing and reputation of the airline for safety reasons.

     

  • Notice Inviting Tender

    The National Biodiversity Centre is pleased to invite sealed bids from the eligible firm for the supply of laboratory instruments and water pipes.

    The tender documents can be purchased from the Adm’s office during office hours from 9/05/2016 to 13/05/2016.

    Submission date: not later than 11am on 16/05/2016.

    Opening date: 11:30am on 16/05/2016.

  • Notice Inviting Tender

    The National Biodiversity Centre, Serbithang is pleased to invite sealed bids from the eligible firm for the supply of Lab. Consumables, equipment and Chemicals.

    The tender documents can be purchased from the Adm’s office during office hours from 29/04/2016 to 12/05/2016.

    Last date of submission: not later than 11am on 13/05/2016.

    Opening date: 13/05/2016 at 11:30am.

  • Notice Inviting Expression of Interest

    The National Biodiversity Centre, Ministry of Agriculture and Forests would like to hire national legal consultant for negotiation and drawing of Access and Benefit Sharing Agreement with communities.

    In this regard, we would like to invite ‘Expression of Interest’ for carrying out the above consultancy services from the eligible consultants.

    The ToR can be downloaded from the links below. The EoI should be submitted to NBC, MoAF, Serbithang before 2.00 PM on 10th May, 2016 and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 PM.

    The Expression of Interest shall include the following documents but not limit to:

    1. Copy of valid individual/firm’s registration certificate.
    2. Technical and Financial proposals
    3. CV and Nationality Identity Card copy of the key personnel for the assignment.
    4. Professional experience statement of the key personnel for the assignment.
    5. List of current assignment at hand.
    6. Reference from agencies if assignment were carried out in the past.
