    Quotation for air tickets

     The National Biodiversity Center (NBC), Ministry of Agriculture and Forests, Serbithang is pleased to invite sealed quotations from the authorized national ticketing agents for the following sectors for the month of July and as per the terms and conditions set below:

    Terms and condition

    1. Please not that you have to submit rates for the different options.
    2. The sealed quotations should reach   to NBC, Serbithang before 15th June 2012 at or before 12.00 Hrs. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 12.30 Hrs.
    3. Confirmed itinerary should be submitted on the day of tender submission.
    4. The ticketing services shall be awarded to the bidder based on the airline, fare, suitability of the flight timings and confirmed seat status against your bids.
    5. Decision of the Tender Committee shall be final and binding.

  • Tender call for supply of library books

    The National Biodiversity Center, MoAF, Serbithang  is pleased to invited sealed bid rates  from eligible and interested suppliers/dealers  having valid trade license  for the supply library books for the Centre. Tender documents along with the list of books can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on any working days from 16th April to 14th May, 2012 on payment of Nu. 200 (non-refundable). The last date for submission of tender is on 15/5/2012 till 11.30 am and it will be opened on the same day at 12.30 noon.

  • NBC’s construction tender notices in CDB website.

    This is to inform all the interested construction companies that the following two construction tender notices of the National Biodiversity Centre, Serbithang, are posted in the website of the Construction Development Board (CDB) of Bhutan under the tender class S.

    1. The construction of retaining wall, drainage & office partition at National Biodiversity Center, Serbithang, Thimphu- last date of  tender submission:  29th Dec, 2011.

    2. Construction of water tank and Drainage at NBC, Serbithang- last date of tender submission : 4th Jan, 2012.
