Air Fare Quotation

The National Biodiversity Centre, Serbithang would like to invite sealed air fare quotation for the following sectors and dates, as per the terms and condition specified below:

Terms and conditions:

1. The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the office of undersigned on 27/03/2015 at/before 11am and will be opened on the same day at 11.30am.
2. Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu.
3. Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.
4. The quotation should be submitted in two copies, one marked as ‘Original’ and other one as ‘copy’.
5. The valid trade license and other necessary documents should be attached.
6. The bid should be accompanied by 2{069bc810219200764cdcb4c27f012f3a7ee1c78770a44098ba2c62c9e9328d5a} of EMD of total bid price.
7. The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.
8. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
