AirFare Quotation

The Nationa Biodversity Centre, Serbithang, MoAF invites sealed Air fare quotations from authorized ticketing agents for travel as per the terms and conditions specified below:

6/12/2014        =          Paro                –           Bangkok

7/12/2014        =          Bangkok         –           Geneva

12/12/2014      =          Geneva           –           Bangkok

14/12/2014      =          Bangkok         –           Paro

Terms and conditions:

1. The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the National Biodiversity centre, Serbithang, on 2^nd December 2014 at or before11AM.
2. Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu.
3. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 11.30 AM. Quotations received after the submission date and time will not be entertained.
4. Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.

1. The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.

6. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
