The National Biodiversity Centre (NBC) successfully conducted a capacity-building seminar on Biodiscovery Research and Natural Product Development, led by Dr. Barbara Meurer, who is currently with NBC through the Australian Volunteers Program as a Biodiscovery Research Mentor.
Dr. Barbara shared her extensive expertise and insights into biodiscovery techniques and applications, enriching the knowledge of NBC staff and enhancing our institutional capacity in this emerging field. Further, she presented on the strategic roadmap and wayforward to advance bioprospecting and Access and Benefit Sharing initiatives.
