The National Biodiversity Centre (NBC), MoAF is pleased to share the Centre’s Status Report 2022. This fiscal year observed several achievements and advancements in the field of biodiversity in Bhutan. Thus, through the Centre’s Status Report for the fiscal year, July 2021 to June 2022, we present various biodiversity conservation efforts and achievements including the progress towards fulfilling the national and international targets and goals. This report comprises the rationale for biodiversity conservation, current status, achievements, success stories, short communications, research abstracts, Annual Performance Agreement, budget, publications, and other relevant information on the biodiversity of Bhutan.
