The Program Director of the National Biodiversity Centre (NBC), accompanied by a team of officials, visited the Centre for Yubja Conservation and Development at Sertsam, Lhuentse, to review ongoing activities and assess progress.
During the visit, the Farm Manager provided a comprehensive update on the Centre’s initiatives, highlighting key developments, including the status of construction works and ongoing conservation efforts. The Program Director and the team conducted an on-site inspection of the facilities and engaged in discussions on critical issues and challenges currently faced by the Centre.
The visit provided an opportunity to explore potential solutions and strategies to enhance the Centre’s operations and further strengthen its role in biodiversity conservation and sustainable development in the region.
