The Nationa Biodversity Centre, Serbithang, MoAF invites sealed Air fare quotations from authorized ticketing agents for travel as per the terms and conditions specified below:
14/12/2014 = Paro – Bangkok
29/12/2014 = Bangkok – Paro
Terms and conditions:
- The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the National Biodiversity centre, Serbithang, on 11th December 2014 at or before11AM.
- Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu.
- The quotation will be opened on the same day at 11.30 AM. Quotations received after the submission date and time will not be entertained.
- Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.
- The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.
- The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
