A delegation from the NBSAP Secretariat under the National Biodiversity Centre (NBC), accompanied by UNDP Bhutan and members of the NBSAP Technical Working Group, visited the IUCN Asia Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand, on 18 November 2025.
The visit aimed to explore potential areas of technical support and collaboration to strengthen the implementation of Bhutanโs National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plan (NBSAP). Discussions focused on opportunities for capacity building, technical advisory support, knowledge exchange, and alignment with regional biodiversity initiatives.
