The NBSAP Secretariat within the National Biodiversity Centre (NBC), with the valuable support from UNDP Bhutan under the KBF project, successfully conducted a two-day workshop on the Final Presentation, Deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hands-on User Training for the NBSAP Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Dashboard from 4–5 December 2025 in Thimphu.
This workshop marked the final stage in the development of the M&E Dashboard for the 5th National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plan (NBSAP), following a series of consultation meetings held in September and October 2025.
During the session, the consultants presented the finalized version of the NBSAP M&E Dashboard and demonstrated its functionalities, including real-time data visualization and reporting features. Participants also carried out UAT to validate the system’s performance and reliability, and provided feedback to be incorporated prior to the official launch.

The workshop further familiarised the M&E focal persons from various ministries, departments and CSOs with the dashboard operations through practical, hands-on training. This ensured that all relevant agencies are prepared to update progress on their respective targets, strategies and actions under the 5th National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plan (NBSAP).
