3rd November 2025: The National Biodiversity Centre (NBC) was honoured to host a group of students from Colorado Mountain College (CMC), who are currently in Bhutan under a Faculty-Led Intensive Credited Programme at Royal Thimphu College (RTC).
The visit featured an overview of NBC’s vision, mission, mandates, and key program areas, followed by a guided tour of the Centre’s laboratories and genebanks. The engagement provided a meaningful platform for academic exchange and enhanced the students’ understanding of Bhutan’s efforts in biodiversity conservation.
