Air Fare Quotation

The Nationa Biodversity Centre, Serbithang, MoAF invites sealed Air fare quotations from authorized ticketing agents for travel as per the terms and conditions specified below:

24/12/2014        =          Paro         –           Nepal

31/12/2014        =          Nepal       –          Paro

Terms and conditions:

1. The sealed quotation shall be submitted to the National Biodiversity centre, Serbithang, on 18^th December 2014 at or before11AM and will be opened on same day at 11:30am.
2. Sealed quotation should be addressed to the Program Director, NBC, Serbithang, MoAF, Thimphu.
3. Quotations without sealed envelope will be disqualified.
4. The quoted rate should be valid for at least three months.
5. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.
